  1. Ponemos a cocer la pasta en una olla grande, con una pizca de sal o como tú lo prefieras.

  4. Agregar un cubito de caldo de pollo y mezclar bien.
  5. Agregamos los 4 jitomates picados.

  7. Agregamos los 700 g de puré de tomate, yo uso de este.
  8. Y por último agregamos un queso Philadelphia y mezclamos hasta qué se incorpore bien (opcional) agregamos finas hierbas al gusto.
  9. Y ya tenemos listo nuestro relleno.
  10. Ahora en un refractario ponemos un poco de aceite (muy poco) y ponemos pasta y una cucharada de nuestro relleno, puedes poner la cantidad que tú prefieras.
  11. Agregamos queso Oaxaca o manchego (el de tu preferencia).
  12. Y repetimos pasos, una capa de pasta, una de relleno y una de queso. Las veces que tú lo desees, o hasta llenar tu refractario.
  13. Con el horno previamente calentado metemos y solo esperaremos a que el queso de la última capa se derrita.
  14. Deja enfriar por 5 min y disfruta.
